Post-Mortems or Retrospective Meetings can be too little too late. Learn how to increase your ability to predict failures by 30% by holding a Pre-mortem meeting. Using the Pre-mortem strategy you can stop the failures from ever occurring.

About Our Speaker: Julie Green has been a QA Engineer for 10 years and has experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. In her research on Pre-mortems she has contacted the inventor, Gary Klein, and is in discussions with two of his colleagues who use Pre-mortem meetings in their work.
